Remote Business Support

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate projects and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders on behalf of team members, ensuring that they receive prompt and courteous responses.
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects and tasks.
  • Provide executive support such as drafting emails, reports, and other documents.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and organizing files.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision for delivering high quality.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) including phone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy, having a wide range of computer skills.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook)
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Must have a PC and strong internet connection in case of working remotely.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field required.
  • Proven experience as a Remote Business Support/ Virtual Assistant or relevant role will be an added advantage 

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
